Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007?

I was thinking about buying MS Office 07 (Home&Student Edition), but have been reading nothing but terrible reviews on it…Can anybody who actually has it and uses it give me their personal opinion?…and if i wanted to, could I buy Office 03 and use it on my Vista based PC? I read somewhere that it wouldn’t be compatible…

My PC Give This Error Report?

My pc kept restarting when i tried to play 3d-based games or doing hard work such as converting media files. Some times, my restarted, telling that overclock failed. I never touch anything on my motherboard or bios configuration. When the pc recovered from the error, it gave this Microsoft Error message:

BCP4 : F8BC0458 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 0_0 Product : 256_1

How do I get my Microsoft Money program from my PC to my laptop?

I use Microsoft Money to manage finances on my PC, but I’d like to transfer it to my laptop. The program is not installed on the laptop, though.
How do I do this? I realize it is probably simple, but I just don’t know how to do it.
Thanks.

recovery system, for custom pc

is there software out there that would let you customize your own recovery point? (this is for customize pc, since they don’t have recovery partition)

i’m not talking about “system restore” that xp or vista offer
what i mean is one of those destructive system wipe, where everything is erase and restore to manufacture setting and installation

example:

i just built my own pc and i install window vista and Microsoft 2008 (nothing else), now i want to save this exact setting with window vista and Microsoft 2008 installed somewhere maybe on a cd or external drive so that if there is a serious virus attack happen i could just restore the pc back to where it was once saved with just window vista and Microsoft 2008 installed, instead of having to go through the vista installation and Microsoft 2008 installation

i would like suggestion from those that have custom built their own pc
thankyou

Has anyone here incorporated a Media PC into their home theater setup?

I was just wondering if anyone here has used a Microsoft Media PC as an integral part of a home theater or distributed audio system. I feel that eventually individual components are going to go away and these type of PC’s are going to become the center piece of a good home theater, much like the iPod is now becoming a center piece for whole house distributed audio with high end control systems such as Crestron and Russound coming out with their own docking stations that allow complete control of an iPod from anywhere in the house with their keypads and touchpanels.

I am unable to locate the older (2003) version when I try to uninstall Word. It only shows me one option for Word!!!
